New & Updated Features

The following pages and assets were updated or published during this time frame: the Wastewater Dashboard and the inclusion of wastewater information on COVID and Flu pages, the Data Downloads page, the HIPAA checker was rewritten to optimize performance, and several topic pages were migrated to our new front-end framework.

Engagement Rate: percentage of sessions that lasted 10+ seconds or 2+ page views

Views per Session: number of pages that users viewed during a period of time in which users interact with the site

Views: number of web pages users saw, including repeated web page views

Engaged Sessions: number of sessions that lasted 10+ seconds or had 2+ page views

Event Count per User: average number of events triggered per user

Bounce Rate: percentage of sessions that were not engaged sessions

Organic Search: users who click a link from a search engine

Referral Search: users who click a link on a website

Note: Prior to the March 2024 COVID Dashboard update, the page path for all COVID-19 pages was either "/locations/[location name]" or "/locations/[location name]/[COVID-19 tab name]"

Note: To search for other topics, go to the Pages and screens report in Google Analytics. In the report search box, type in "/" + the name of the topic that appears in the URL. For example, type in "/cancer" to search for the Cancer topic page across all locations.

User Demographics

These user demographics data focus on users' locations and device type that help to address assumptions about users.

Note: "(not set)" means Google Analytics could not determine users' cities from their IP address.

Traffic

View where users are coming from, whether from a search engine or from another website.

Number of active users and views continues to decrease year-to-year as the COVID-19 pandemic transitioned to an endemic.

Engagement rate remains steady about 60% even though number of users continues to slowly decrease.

'Top Pages Viewed' table shows cleaner and more accurate pate view data as pages are updated and newly added to My Healthy Community.

50% of the top 10 cities viewing My Healthy Community are located outside of Delaware.
